Click the toolbar icon and the extension pulls the most important topics out of the page you're on — the title, headings, meta description, and any text you've highlighted — and shows them as a short list. Each topic has three buttons: search Google, search YouTube, or open Wikipedia. It's built for quick, lightweight discovery. Reading a Wikipedia article and want to branch off? Why you'll like it: • Minimal permissions — LEARN MORE uses only Chrome's "activeTab" permission. That's the narrowest scope a Chrome extension can request: the extension can read the current tab only when you click its icon, and has no access to any other tab, history, or site data. No host permissions. No background script. No content script running on pages you visit. • Zero network calls — topic extraction runs locally in the popup with plain JavaScript. The extension makes no requests to any server.
