Capture one person's details once, then fill them into any web form. Their details stay on your machine. Enter it once. Never type it again. If your job is filling out forms with someone else's information — a client, an applicant, a patient, a candidate — your browser's autofill is useless to you. It only knows one person: you. Onceentered knows the person you're working for. HOW IT WORKS 1. Capture — fill one form the way you always do, and save it as a profile. Or type the details in yourself. 2. Fill — open the next portal and click once. Onceentered matches your saved profile to that form's fields, however that form happens to label them. 3. Review — it shows you exactly what it filled, and what it left alone and why. Then you press submit. It never submits anything for you. THE MATCHING IS THE PRODUCT Every portal names its fields differently. SSN. Social Security Number. Tax ID. DOB. Date of Birth. Birthdate. Some forms label their fields properly, some hide the label in a placeholder, some don't label them at all. Onceentered reads all of it — the visible label, the field name, the placeholder, the surrounding text — scores how confident it is, and tells you the score. Where it isn't sure, it leaves the field alone and says so. It also writes values in the format each form expects. A box that holds ten characters gets ten digits, not a phone number with dashes that gets silently cut in half. YOUR CLIENTS' DATA NEVER LEAVES YOUR COMPUTER This one isn't a promise, it's how the extension is built. • Profiles are stored on your device, in this browser. There is no account, no sign-in, and no server of ours for them to be sent to. • Onceentered cannot read any page until you open it and click. It asks for no standing permission to watch your browsing. • It never touches hidden fields, and it refuses "confirm" fields on purpose — filling both halves of a confirmation defeats the check the form is making. On the free plan, Onceentered makes no network requests at all — with no licence key, there is nothing to check and nothing is sent. On a paid licence, verification is the one time the extension talks to the internet, and it sends your licence key and opaque licence-instance identifiers. Never a profile. Never a field value. Never your computer name.
