If you already have this extension: 1. Install Cloud Speech from the link above. Each time it starts it asks this copy for your settings, until the transfer succeeds: it imports your Azure key (if Cloud Speech already has an Azure key of its own, it keeps that one), your starred voices (added to any it already has), and your voice and preferences too if Cloud Speech has no saved provider credentials yet; nothing to retype. This copy must have received its latest update first; if it has not, the transfer happens on a later start. 2. This copy then shows "Your settings were transferred to Cloud Speech" with a "Remove this extension" button; click it (Chrome asks you to confirm). This copy also removes its context menu items so you never see two "Read aloud" entries. Below is the Cloud Speech description.
