Scan NipponHomes listing details and save them to a Google Sheet in one click. NipponHomes Property Search makes it easy to collect and organize property listing data from NipponHomes.com into a Google Sheet. How it works: 1. Navigate to any property listing on NipponHomes.com 2. Click the extension icon and hit "Scan This Listing" 3. Preview the scanned data — edit any fields before saving 4. Click "Save to Google Sheets" to add the listing as a new row What gets captured: - Property name, price (JPY and USD), and property ID - Full address (resolved from coordinates via Google Maps Geocoding API) - Coordinates and Google Maps link - Build year, floor area, layout, and all specification table fields - Listing images - Timestamp of when the listing was scanned Key features: - One-click scanning of all visible listing details - Editable preview — modify any field before saving - Auto-save option to skip the preview step - Custom property name override - Automatic header row creation on first save - New columns added automatically when new fields are found - Secure Google OAuth sign-in via Chrome Identity API - Optional Google Maps API integration for address lookup - All settings stored locally in your browser — no data sent to third parties Permissions: - activeTab: Read listing data from the current NipponHomes page - scripting: Inject the content script that reads listing details - storage: Save your settings locally in the browser - identity: Authenticate with Google for Sheets access This extension communicates only with Google Sheets API and Google Maps Geocoding API. It does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. No analytics, tracking, or telemetry.
