Save the current translated page HTML to Readwise Reader without custom parsing. Readwise Save Translated saves the translated version of the current page to Readwise Reader. Use the default action when you want to preserve the original article URL as the Reader source link. Use the synthetic fallback when Readwise cleans the saved document back to English.
