Shadowmeet Job Aggregator keeps your entire job search in one place. • Capture any job posting — company, role, URL, and description — with one click and save it straight to your Shadowmeet job tracker. • Tailor a resume to a specific posting directly from the extension. • Opt in to automatic status tracking: Shadowmeet reads your job-application emails in your own browser and updates each job's stage automatically — applied, assessment, interview, offer, or rejected. HOW EMAIL TRACKING WORKS Email scanning is optional and user-initiated — it never runs in the background. When you click "Update job status", Gmail is first filtered to messages from known applicant-tracking systems (Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, and others) or with job-related subjects. Only those job-related emails are read. For most emails only the sender, subject, short preview, and date are used; the full email body is read only for the small number of messages whose status can't be determined from the preview. YOUR PRIVACY • Non-job-related emails are never read, stored, or transmitted. • Your data is sent only to your own Shadowmeet account. • We never sell your data or use it for advertising.
