Check follower quality, engagement, repeated comments, and possible engagement pods before advertising on Instagram. Influencer Quality Analyzer is a browser extension that helps you assess a public Instagram account's follower quality and the authenticity of its engagement before signing a collaboration or ad deal. WHAT IT DOES A high follower count doesn't necessarily mean a real, organic audience. This extension analyzes the engagement, templated/duplicate comments, and possible "pod" activity (coordinated comment groups run over WhatsApp/ Telegram) on an account's recent posts, and turns that into a concrete, evidence-based report. HOW IT WORKS - Basic stats (followers/following/posts) are first attempted from public, login-free page data. - Comment/pod detection requires login — this step uses YOUR OWN Instagram session (not the analyzed account's), and only reads public content. No follow/like/comment/message action is ever taken — read-only. - You choose how many posts and comments per post to scan; results are turned into the signals below. SIGNALS IN THE REPORT - Engagement rate — compared against the expected range for the account's follower count. - Duplicate/templated comments — the same text repeating across posts. - Suspected pod commenters — users who commented on most of the sampled posts (rare among genuine followers). - Timing clustering and "early commenters" — timing patterns consistent with a coordinated group reacting to a notification, shown on a chart. - Follower sample check (optional) — share of accounts with no profile photo / a randomized-looking username. EXPORT The full report and raw data can be downloaded as JSON, and comments as a clean CSV — for your own verification or to share with a team. WHERE YOUR DATA STAYS No data is ever sent to an external server. The extension only makes requests to instagram.com, using your own session, from your own browser. Settings, analysis history, and your language preference are stored only in your own browser. IMPORTANT NOTE This extension does not use Instagram's official API; it reaches public pages/endpoints through your own session with normal requests. There is no write action (no follow/like/comment/message), only reading of public content. Still, since this isn't an official method, it may be considered against Instagram's Terms of Use. Request volume is intentionally capped (hourly/daily limits, automatic backoff on rate limiting), but we don't claim this eliminates the risk entirely — that decision and responsibility is left to the user. The rates/signals in the report are not an exact "fake follower" measurement; they are sample-based, rough risk indicators.
