Procurement Seek Approval Assistant Procurement Approval Assistant is an internal Shopee tool that automates the preparation of Seek Approval emails for hardware and equipment purchases. Instead of manually reading RFQ spreadsheets, formatting comparison tables, and copying vendor information into emails, the extension automates the process: - Search for RFQs directly using the REQ ticket number. - Automatically extract vendor, delivery time, payment terms, item details, and total values. - Generate a standardized Seek Approval email following the company's format. - Include a formatted comparison table pulled directly from the RFQ spreadsheet. - Automatically attach vendor quotation files from Google Drive. - Cross-check the negotiated total against the vendor's PDF quotation and flag any mismatch before the email is generated. - Create a pre-filled Gmail draft, including the signature, ready for final review and sending. This tool is intended for internal use by Shopee's Procurement team only and is not intended for external distribution.
