Your new tab breathes with you: three guided breaths, then it counts. No clock, no clutter, nothing to click. Your new tab breathes with you. Open a tab and a circle starts expanding. Five seconds in, five seconds out, one second's break — three times. Then it stops, shows how many sets you've taken today, and gets out of the way. There is nothing to click. No start button, no timer to set, no account. The practice is the default; walking away is the opt-out. WHAT IT DOES • Three guided breaths on every new tab, starting on their own • A dot per breath, so you can see how close you are to done • A count of the sets you finished today and this week • One set per tab — it doesn't loop, nag, or follow you WHAT IT DOESN'T DO • No clock, no weather, no quotes, no to-do list, no stock photo of a mountain • No account, no sign-in, no sync • No network requests at all • No notifications LEAVE EARLY AND IT DOESN'T COUNT Switch tabs, switch apps, or start typing a URL mid-set and the set is void — quietly, with no penalty and no red X. Nothing is ever added that you didn't actually breathe. That's the whole point of the number: it's the one you earned. FIVE IN, FIVE OUT Roughly six breaths a minute — the pace most slow-breathing practices settle on. If you want a different one, the options page has four numbers: inhale, exhale, break, and breaths per tab. Set them once and forget them. PRIVACY Everything runs locally. The extension asks for a single permission, "storage", and uses it to remember your count and your four settings. It has no host permissions, makes no network requests, and collects nothing.
