Securely autofill passwords, generate strong passwords, and manage TOTP codes in Chrome. Asterex for Chrome makes it easy to sign in, save new logins, and access verification codes from your Asterex vault, all from your browser. Requires Asterex for Mac. With Asterex for Chrome, you can: - Fill saved logins on matching websites with your usernames and passwords. - Find items quickly by searching your vault from the Chrome toolbar. - Generate strong passwords when creating accounts or changing passwords. - Save and update logins as you use websites. - Copy usernames and passwords when you prefer to enter them yourself. - Access verification codes for accounts with a saved TOTP authenticator. - Protect sensitive items with additional authentication. Compact suggestions keep your saved logins close at hand. Open them when you need them, with room left for the website’s own controls. The extension connects directly to Asterex on your Mac. No Asterex server account is required. Your vault stays locked until you unlock it, and individually protected items retain their additional authentication. To get started, install Asterex for Mac, open Settings → Chrome Extension, and choose Connect. Follow the one-time permission prompt, then open the Chrome extension and unlock your vault. Available for Chrome on macOS. The Asterex Mac app must be installed and connected to use the extension.
