Track billable hours with no signup. Local-only data, idle detection, and month-end invoices from your tracked time. Billable is a local-first time tracker, timesheet, and invoicing tool for freelancers, consultants, and solo professionals who bill by the hour. No signup or account is required to start: add a client, choose a task, and start tracking in seconds. Save frequently used task names for each client and select them from the timer or manual-entry form instead of typing the same description repeatedly. When you switch clients or tasks, Billable keeps the time entries separate so your records stay clear. This work data is not sent to Billable, ExtensionPay, or Stripe. Time tracking and access to your records continue to work offline, and timers preserve their timestamps even if Chrome suspends the extension in the background. Billable uses the storage, idle, and alarms permissions. It does not access the content of ordinary websites you browse. Its only site-specific integration is the ExtensionPay payment-confirmation page, used to receive subscription status updates. FREE CORE + OPTIONAL PRO Time tracking, saved tasks, manual editing, record filtering, and CSV/JSON export are free with no usage limit. Every user also receives three free invoice generations. Billable Pro costs $4 USD per month and unlocks unlimited invoice generation. Payments and subscription management are handled by ExtensionPay and Stripe, so Billable never receives or stores your payment-card details. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time.
