Record a browser workflow once, then save it as a private, portable Squared Away Skill. Teach Squared Away how repeatable browser work gets done—without handing passwords to an AI. Workflow Intelligence is a recorder for authorized Squared Away Assistants. Choose the customer you are working for, name the outcome, press Record, and do the work normally. The extension captures the semantic workflow: sites, navigation, visible controls, clicks, selections, safe form intent, and copy or paste intent. It does not record screen video. When you stop, Squared Away Command turns the workflow into an active, provider-neutral Skill on the selected customer’s private desktop. Durable preferences and personal details become encrypted Memory proposals for human review. The Skill can later guide work in Codex, Claude, ChatGPT, Grok, or another approved workbench while Squared Away keeps the customer record and approval boundary. Privacy is part of the recorder: • Chrome Password Manager and existing signed-in sessions remain responsible for credentials. • Passwords, one-time codes, payment secrets, cookies, and authentication tokens are withheld. • Recording begins only after you deliberately press Start recording. • Assistants with multiple Squad assignments must choose the customer before every recording. • Command rechecks live Squad access before saving. • Sending, booking, buying, submitting, and other consequential actions remain approval-gated.
