How it works: • Sign in using your ReplyPulseAI account through the extension popup. • Open your Google Business reviews (Search, Maps, or Business Profile Manager). • Click “Reply” or focus on the “Your public reply” box. • ReplyPulseAI detects the review text and star rating and auto-writes a personalized response for you. • You can edit the reply before manually posting it. Key features: • Works on Google Maps, Google Search business cards, and Google Business Profile reviews pages. • AI replies tailored to the review’s star rating and customer name. • Replies are inserted into the reply box, but you stay in control — you review and post it manually. • Secure login using your existing ReplyPulseAI account. Privacy & safety: • Only the reviews on your screen are processed (review text, rating, customer name, and page URL). • This information is securely sent to ReplyPulseAI’s servers to generate your AI reply. • The extension never posts replies automatically — you must always click “Post” yourself. • Your password is never stored; authentication is securely handled via HTTPS.
