Hides posts from accounts that pay for X Premium (blue check) and promoted ads on X / Twitter. VERSION 2.1 UPDATE Hide Verified Users on X is now more accurate. This release changes the extension from hiding every verified account to hiding only paid X Premium blue-check accounts. Gold business accounts, grey government or official accounts, and legacy notable verified accounts are left visible. The extension now reads X/Twitter page data to tell the difference between paid verification and other verification types, then hides matching posts automatically as your timeline loads. WHAT CHANGED Paid X Premium blue-check accounts are hidden. Business, government, official, and legacy verified accounts remain visible. Promoted/ad posts are now hidden too. The popup now shows a live count of hidden posts on the current page. Support has been improved for both x.com and twitter.com. Timeline filtering is more reliable as new posts load. This update is designed to make the extension less blunt and more useful: fewer false positives, better filtering, and clearer feedback while browsing. Chrome Extension: Hide Verified Posts This Chrome extension allows you to toggle hiding verified posts on Twitter. When the extension is active, it will hide all tweets from verified users. How to use Install the extension in your Chrome browser. Click on the extension icon in the toolbar to toggle between hiding and showing verified posts. The extension will automatically update the display of tweets on the current page according to your preference (hide/show verified posts). This is a very crude extension that sometimes produces errors, but works enough for my purposes.
