Nimbus turns a CRNA job posting you have open in Chrome into a reviewable draft in your Nimbus recruiter dashboard, in two clicks. No integration, no CSV import, no retyping. How it works 1. Open a job posting in Chrome. It can be in your applicant tracking system, on a facility careers page, or on a job board. 2. Click the Nimbus icon, then click Post this job to Nimbus. 3. In about ten seconds, a draft appears in your recruiter dashboard with over 100 job fields pre-filled: title, location, employment type, compensation, schedule, call structure, malpractice type, retirement plan, and more. You review the draft, fill in anything the source page did not state, and publish when you are ready. The extension never publishes for you. Built for recruiters who care about accuracy - Every extracted field carries a verbatim quote from the source page. If a value cannot be traced back to the posting, we flag it in a review banner instead of silently filling it. - When a posting contradicts itself, for example marketing prose that promises a no-call lifestyle while the schedule table lists in-house call, we surface both claims and let you decide. - Fields the model is not confident about are left blank rather than guessed at. Privacy - The extension only activates when you click it. It does not run in the background and does not read pages you have not chosen to post. - Page text is sent to the Nimbus API for extraction, then discarded. Only the structured fields are saved to your draft. - Your pairing token stays in local browser storage. You can revoke it any time from your Nimbus profile.
