Automatically opens transcript and lets you download it from Google Drive videos Export transcripts from Google Drive videos in one click. Step 1 — Install the Extension (one-time only) Open any class recording on Google Drive Step 2 — Enable the Extension (one-time only) Click the Settings icon on the video and select "Transcript" Step 3 — Open a Class Recording Navigate to your class recording on Google Drive Step 4 — Load the Transcript Click the Settings icon on the video player and select "Transcript" Step 5 — Download the Transcript Once the transcript appears, click the extension icon and hit Download ⚠️ Important: Repeat Steps 3–5 for every new recording. Always open the video first before downloading, otherwise you will get the transcript from the previously opened video.
