Pre-fill any job application from one saved profile: contact, work history, EEO, screener questions. You always review and submit. Every job application asks the same forty questions. Prefill answers them from one profile you save once. Press Alt+Shift+F (⌥⇧F on Mac) on any application and Prefill shows you what it can fill: name, contact, address, work history, education, EEO questions, work authorization, and the screener questions every site rephrases slightly differently. You check the ones you want, click fill, and review before you submit. Prefill never submits an application for you. It fills; you decide. HOW IT WORKS • Not a list of supported sites. Prefill reads the form in front of it, so it works on ordinary company career pages as well as the big applicant-tracking systems, including an application the page loads inside a frame. Coverage varies with how a site builds its form. • It learns. Answer a screener question once and Prefill offers that answer the next time a site asks it a different way. Guessed matches are shown with a confidence score and are off until you approve them. • It shows its work. Fields that already match your profile are listed as verified, so a part-filled application does not look identical to one Prefill never read. • It reads the listings too. On a search-results page, Prefill marks which postings fit the profile you already saved and which ones you have applied to before, so you spend the profile where it counts. You can switch the page markup off and keep the scores in the panel. • On-device matching. Question matching runs on a small embedding model bundled inside the extension. Nothing is uploaded to make a match. • Your documents. Keep several résumés and certificates, and put any of them on a form's upload field in one click. • Duplicate detection. Prefill tells you when you've already applied somewhere before you do it twice. YOUR DATA Your profile, résumé, and answers are stored locally in your browser. Core autofill makes no network calls: no account, no sync, no servers. Uninstalling removes your data. Prefill Premium is an optional subscription that adds AI résumé parsing, drafted answers for open-ended questions, and job-fit scoring. Only those features send data: the text you're working on goes to our endpoint and on to Anthropic's API to produce the result, which is returned to your device. Our server does not store it. Your name, email, phone, address and date of birth are removed before anything is sent for a drafted answer. Protected-class answers such as race, disability, veteran and citizenship status are never included, even for Premium users. Prefill is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any applicant-tracking system, job board, or employer.
