Blocks distracting sites during a Conberate focus block. Enforced together with the Conberate macOS app. Conberate Focus Blocker keeps distracting websites closed while you are in a focus session, and — unlike a plain site blocker — it is enforced together with the Conberate macOS app so that turning the extension off is not a free way out. How it works • You choose the sites to block and start a focus session in the Conberate app. • The app sends that blocklist to this extension, which blocks those sites in the browser until the session ends. • The extension and the app stay in touch during the session. If the extension is disabled or removed mid-session, the app notices and responds — so a moment of impulse doesn't undo the block. • When the session ends, everything unblocks on its own. Honest about its limits This extension is a sensor and a web-rule enforcer; the Conberate app is the actual lock. No browser extension can make itself impossible to remove, and this one does not pretend to. It never hides from the extensions manager, never blocks access to browser settings, and never reinstalls itself silently. Requires the Conberate macOS app. The extension does nothing on its own. Your data stays on your machine The extension talks only to the Conberate app on the same computer, over a local connection. It does not send your browsing, your blocklist, or anything else to any server, and it collects nothing for advertising or analytics.
