Add your own Gemini API key in the IntelliText popup. 2. Enable IntelliText for the current website. 3. Type in a supported text field and pause for 1.5 seconds. 4. Review the Gemini-generated rewrite suggestion. 5. Select Approve to use the suggestion or Reject to keep exactly what you originally wrote. After you pause typing in a supported field, IntelliText sends your current text and enhancement instruction to the Google Gemini API to generate a suggestion. Text entered on websites you have not enabled is not sent. Your Gemini API key is stored in Chrome’s local extension storage and is not exposed to website scripts. Your enhancement instruction may sync through your signed-in Chrome profile. IntelliText does not provide the developer with analytics, telemetry, or a stored history of your original text or generated suggestions. REQUIREMENTS A user-provided Gemini API key is required. Gemini availability, quotas, supported models, pricing, and usage terms are controlled by Google. Some highly customized website editors may not be supported.
