Description
Connects YouTube playback in Google Chrome to the SL Now Playing desktop app for Second Life. SL Now Playing YouTube Bridge connects YouTube playback in Google Chrome with the SL Now Playing desktop application for Second Life. The extension detects information about the currently playing YouTube video, including the video title, channel name, playback position, duration, playback state and advertisement state. This information allows SL Now Playing to provide accurate media information and playback progress in Second Life. Communication with the SL Now Playing desktop application takes place locally on your computer through 127.0.0.1. The extension operates only on supported YouTube pages. It does not track unrelated browsing activity and does not use advertising trackers, analytics services or behavioral profiling. The SL Now Playing desktop application is required to use this extension.
