Adds deliberate friction before buying, bidding, or checking out on sports-card marketplaces. Card Market Guard helps sports-card collectors interrupt impulsive marketplace purchases without losing access to research and recognized selling tools. On supported sports-card marketplaces, it can block known buy, bid, offer, cart, claim, and checkout paths, and disable purchase controls on sports-card pages. Features: - Blocks recognized marketplace purchase paths and controls. - Preserves known selling, account, message, help, and inventory workflows. - Adds a configurable trusted-unlock delay before buying can resume. - Automatically restores protection after a short temporary unlock window. - Supports a zero-budget reminder and customizable pause message. - Includes an optional cool-off wait alarm with a local completion notification. - Processes covered URLs and visible page controls locally in Chrome. - Sends no marketplace browsing data to JTR Labs or third parties. Supported coverage is listed on the product website. Marketplaces change their interfaces over time. If a selling page is blocked or a purchase control is missed, report the page through the support link so its rules can be updated. Card Market Guard is a behavioral guardrail, not financial, mental-health, or addiction-treatment advice. It cannot prevent purchases made in another browser, device, app, or after the extension is disabled or removed.
