Turn any email into a UnaTask task with one click, right from your inbox. Your inbox is full of things that are really tasks in disguise. UnaTask for Gmail turns them into real tasks without breaking your flow. Hover any email in your inbox and click the UnaTask button, or open a message and use "Add to UnaTask" in the toolbar. The task lands in your UnaTask Inbox with the subject, the sender, a link straight back to the email, and a deadline if one is mentioned. Emails you have already captured show a "Task" label, so you never create the same one twice. What it does: • One click from the inbox list or from inside an open email. • Reads the full message body when a thread is open, so deadline detection is more accurate. • Finds dates in plain language ("by Friday", "next Tuesday") and sets the deadline for you. • Links every task back to the original email, so context is one click away. • Skips duplicates automatically. Your privacy comes first. The email is read locally in your browser and is never sent to Google or any third party. UnaTask uses no Gmail API scopes, so there is nothing to authorize on the Google side. Only the task you create is sent, over a secure connection, to your UnaTask workspace. To get started, install the extension, open the popup, and click "Connect UnaTask". You will need a UnaTask account. Works with Gmail and Outlook on the web.
