Manage long ChatGPT conversations with load guidance, handoffs, search, organization, prompt tools and local exports. AI WorkGuard is an in-page workspace for users who manage long or important ChatGPT conversations. It helps them understand conversation load, preserve context, find information, organize chat references, build structured prompts, continue work in a related conversation, and save content to their own device. Main capabilities: • Conversation Load provides a practical score, level and guidance based on the active conversation. • Continuation tools prepare a handoff or create a related chat when the user chooses. • Search, Chat Organizer and Custom Prompt Builder support ongoing work without creating a developer-hosted cloud copy of the user's chat history. • User-requested exports preserve available text, structure and conversation images in several common document and data formats. • Diagnostics explain the measurements used by the extension. • All Pro tools are currently unlocked with Free Pro Access — Lifetime for the first 3,000 installations. Most processing takes place locally in the browser. Settings, Organizer entries, local entitlement status and randomly generated activation credentials are stored locally. Files are generated for download to the user's device. During an export, the extension may retrieve image resources already available in the signed-in ChatGPT session so they can be included in the file. To register and confirm Free Pro Access — Lifetime, the extension contacts the AI WorkGuard activation service. It sends only a randomly generated installation ID, a randomly generated activation token and the installed extension version. It does not send ChatGPT conversation content, the user's name, email address, account credentials or payment information. AI WorkGuard does not contain checkout, subscription, trial, renewal or payment functionality. AI WorkGuard is an independent and unofficial browser extension.
