A side panel for your projects, reusable snippets, and notes—search everything, capture from the web, data stays on your device. Workbench is a Chrome side panel for anyone who wants structure next to the browser: Notes (default), Projects (anything you track with a link and details), and Props (reusable text blocks)—with one search across all of it. What you can do - Projects — Save items with name, URL, status, category, description, tags, optional thumbnail. Search, filter, sort, reorder, pin favorites, folders, trash with restore, and more. - Props — Reusable snippets (outreach, checklists, boilerplate, etc.) with categories, tags, and folders; copy quickly when you need them. - Notes — Rich notes: headings, lists, checklists, quotes, tables, images, collapsibles, reading mode, find in note, HTML export, daily note, built-in and custom templates, word count, wiki-style [[links]] with backlinks, Markdown export for all notes. - Unified search — Find anything across projects, props, and notes. - Capture — Quick capture and context-menu actions to send pages, links, or selections into Workbench. - Your data — Stored locally in the browser; optional backup to a folder you choose; export/import. Nothing is sent to a server for core storage. - Keyboard shortcuts can be changed in Chrome’s extension shortcut settings (open sidebar, quick capture, unified search, save note). Use it for side projects, research, client work, school, personal CRM, or anything you used to scatter across tabs and docs.
