Inspect image dimensions, file weight, aspect ratio, ALT text and page-wide image issues without opening DevTools. See exactly what an image is doing on a webpage without opening DevTools. Image Specs gives you fast image details on the page you are already viewing, then goes a step further with a one-click page audit that can flag common image problems. NO EXTRA IMAGE REQUESTS FOR FILE SIZE Image Specs uses resource timing information already exposed by the browser when it is available. It does not download image files again just to calculate their size. If Chrome does not expose the file weight for an image, Image Specs simply says that the value is unavailable.
