Adds powerful AI & other useful features to JupiterEd. (Not affiliated with JupiterEd.com). **Please note: This is an early-release version.** JupiterEd AI Tools extends JupiterEd with powerful AI-assisted grading and a growing collection of practical educational tools designed to make teaching easier and more engaging. Features include: * **AI Grading Assistant** — generate rubrics and assist with grading assignments based on directions, rubrics, and student submissions. * **AI Recommendation Letters** — generate recommendation letters using comments, scores, and student packets. * **AI Quiz Generation** — create quizzes with AI. * **Wheel of Names** — randomly select a student for participation. * **Timer** — run timed classroom activities. * **Whiteboard** — draw, write, and provide live explanations. * **Starter Question** — provide an icebreaker or conversation starter for students. * **Blob Pic** — help students identify, articulate, and discuss their emotions. * **Harkness Equity Maps & Grouped Equity Maps** — track and measure discussion participation, including suggestion scores and report generation. * **Missing Score Highlighting** — quickly identify empty/missing scores in grid view. * **Zero Score Highlighting** — quickly identify scores of 0 in grid view. **AI features require an OpenRouter API key and subscription/usage may apply.** To enable AI features, open the Chrome extension menu, select **OpenRouter API Key**, enter your key, choose a supported model such as `anthropic/claude-sonnet-4.5`, and click **Save**. Free OpenRouter models may also work but can be slower, less capable, or subject to rate limits. Some AI features are currently **experimental** and may produce errors or imperfect results.
