You open a supported portal and log in with your own credentials 2. BIDS Agent reads your saved profile and matches it to the form's fields 3. You click Submit — BIDS Agent never submits forms on your behalf PRIVACY & COMPLIANCE: BIDS Agent never connects directly to SAM.gov, Grants.gov, or any agency server. It operates entirely within your own browser session, the same way a password manager works. Every fill session is logged to your personal BIDS Audit Log.
