Detects and highlights ads and sponsored content across major platforms Ad Highlighter finds and outlines ads on major websites so you can always tell what's organic and what's paid. It uses site-specific detection strategies tailored to each platform, finding sponsored labels in social feeds, promoted badges on professional networks, sponsored result markers in search, ad overlays on video platforms, and sponsored product tags on shopping sites. The extension highlights the full ad container with a red border and "AD DETECTED" label, so you can see exactly where the ad starts and ends. Features: - Works across major social media platforms, search engines, and shopping sites (8 platforms supported at launch) - One-click toggle on/off from the popup - Badge counter showing how many ads were found on the current page - "Not an ad" dismiss button on any false positive - Right-click "Flag this as an ad" to report anything the extension missed - Auto-rescans when new content loads (infinite scroll, dynamic pages) - Zero personal data collection - everything stays in your browser This extension does not block ads. It highlights them. You decide what to do with that information.
