Automatically reads job application forms and suggests answers from your Job Skout profile. You accept every value yourself. Job Skout fills out job applications for you — without the copy-paste. Applying to jobs means typing the same details over and over: name, contact info, work history, education, work authorization, the same open-ended questions. Job Skout reads the application you're on, matches each field to the profile you saved in the Job Skout web app, and suggests every answer automatically — so you review and submit instead of retyping. How it works - Open any job application — Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workday, SmartRecruiters, and company career sites. Fields are detected and matched the moment the page loads. No buttons to press. - Suggested answers appear as ghost text right in each field. Press Tab to accept one, or fill everything ready on the page at once with Alt+Shift+F. - A side panel shows what's ready to fill, what's already filled, and what's missing from your profile, so you always know where you stand. - Sign in once on the Job Skout website and the extension connects automatically — no second login. Optional AI, always under your control - Generate a tailored cover letter from your real background, then copy it or download a ready-to-upload PDF. - Draft answers to open-ended questions ("Why do you want to work here?") grounded in your profile — you edit and approve every word. Built to be trustworthy - Nothing is ever submitted for you. You review every value and click Submit yourself. - Sensitive demographic / EEO questions are never auto-filled — you confirm those explicitly. - Form contents are read and matched locally in your browser and never sold, shared, or used for tracking.
