Sign in on each browser, install the extension, and every bookmark, folder, and tab group stays in sync. Two sync modes — pick what fits: • Encrypted (zero-knowledge): bookmarks are encrypted with AES-256-GCM in your browser before they leave. The server stores an opaque blob it cannot read. Use the same passphrase on each device. We cannot recover lost passphrases — they only ever exist in your browser. • Full Access: bookmarks stored server-side, enables dashboard search and AI features. Choose this if cross-device search matters more than zero-knowledge. Built-in features: • Cross-browser sync — Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Brave. Conflict-free merging. • Tab group sync — titled, colored tab groups travel with you. • Link health checks — periodic background scan of your URLs, flags broken links so dead bookmarks surface before you click them. • Bulk import from your browser's existing bookmarks; one-click setup. • Multi-profile separation — keep work and personal libraries apart. • Optional new tab page replacement (off by default). • Bookmark bar customization across devices. AI organization (bring your own key): TabbJam does not call AI services on your behalf. Add your own Anthropic or OpenAI API key in settings, and AI features (auto-tag, organize into folders, find duplicates) call those providers directly using your key.
