Import and fill student grades from CSV/XLSX files on QU Student Gate pages Qassim University Student Grades Importer is a Chrome extension that helps you import students’ grades from CSV or XLSX files (or paste the data directly) and then automatically fill them into the grade-entry pages of the Qassim University portal. It includes validation and preview tools to reduce mistakes and speed up the workflow. What does the extension offer? Import data from: CSV files XLSX files Clipboard paste Easy column mapping (Student ID / Name / Grades, etc.) Auto-detect suggested columns Flexible student matching: Match by Student ID Match by Name Validation report to detect invalid values or missing rows Preview before applying so you know exactly what will be filled and what will be skipped Option to select/unselect specific rows before filling After filling, the extension highlights the fields it updated for easy review How to use (quick steps) Open the grade-entry page in the Qassim University portal (Student Gate / Staff Gate). Open the extension and choose Upload CSV / Upload XLSX or Paste from clipboard. In Column Mapping, select the Student ID (or Name) column and the grade column(s). Review the Validation report and open the Preview. Click Apply Fill to populate the grades into the page fields
