You Know What I'm Saying 1-Upon on highlighting any text, we show a definition right under the word. (The goal is to translate various abbreviation for our ops users, this will reduce their cost to use our platforms) 2-We also provide a button on the extension panel, after clicking it, a search bar shows up, user can input any text to search for definition(just like the previous step) 3-If a word can’t be found in our library, you may click the “raise-hand” button on the top right corner. It will send a help request along with the current url as context information to our community slack channel. Anyone can contribute to the definition help request.
