Quick view of Canvas courses and assignments — without leaving the browser. Canvas Helper is a lightweight side-panel companion for Canvas LMS. It shows your active courses and the assignments inside each one, so you can scan what's due without switching tabs or hunting through Canvas's navigation. Features: - One-click access to all active courses - Per-course assignment list with due date, points, and submission status - Filter assignments by status (all / not done / done) or by name - Live name-match highlighting - Remembers your last selected course and filter across browser sessions - Works with any Canvas instance (any *.instructure.com subdomain) - Auto-detects which Canvas you're logged into — no tokens, no setup How it works: the extension reuses your existing Canvas login session to call Canvas's official REST API. Nothing is sent to any third party. All preferences are stored locally in your browser.
