Add friction to YouTube distractions and reward focus — adaptive, on-device. Antechamber adds a small, deliberate pause before YouTube distractions — and quietly rewards you for staying focused. How it works • It learns what YOU find productive vs distracting from a 1-minute setup and your own corrections — all on your device. • Every video and channel gets a subtle tag (productive / distraction) right in your feed. • Open something distracting and you hit a short "threshold" gate: a few seconds to reconsider, with one tap to go back. • Choosing focus earns points and streaks. Backing off counts too. It adapts as you browse: mark a tag wrong and it learns. Channels that lean one way get tagged automatically, so it gets faster over time. Private by design: classification runs locally using on-device embeddings — no account, no servers, nothing about your viewing leaves your device. An optional YouTube Data API key (your own) can sharpen accuracy if you want it.
