Software to automatically edit and correct Bengali words and sentences with the help of artificial intelligence. ‘Sothik’ : Spell and Grammar Checker is a software for editing words or sentences of Bangla (bn-BD) language with the help of artificial intelligence. This software will not only identify misspellings or typos but also suggest corrections automatically. The software can detect different types of errors like non-word errors, and real word errors. It can also quickly identify careless 'typos', including those that are often misspelled. However, if a word is spelled correctly in that situation, the application will mark it as incorrect. Built with artificial intelligence technology, it has several interesting features including contextual error checking, which will transform the online spelling experience in the academia, publishing, and print worlds. This spell checker and corrector software follow standard spelling rules and standardized dictionaries of Bangla Academy. Apart from this set of words, if a word is marked wrong but is right, then users can click the Add to Dictionary button. As a result, these words will be stored separately on the server, which will be further validated and added in a later version.
