Description

Your LinkedIn sourcing sidekick The extension leverages LinkedIn Recruiter profiles as a shortcut, eliminating the need to manually enter candidate data into our evaluation tool. This tool connects to our application's evaluation system where the candidates get evaluated based on the requirements created for particular projects. The evaluation compares the candidates' experience with the recruiters' requirements regarding a particular job role, and scores them accordingly. The scoring system also includes the 'pros and cons' behind its reasoning.
