Record meetings in the browser with a live panel, see your tasks, fact-check docs and link emails to Navalo. Navalo turns your meetings into finished work, and this extension brings it into your browser. Record any meeting from the browser, with no bot in the room. Join your video call as usual, press Record in the Navalo pill on the page (or Alt+Shift+R), and a live panel follows the call. When it ends, Navalo writes the summary, captures the decisions and files the follow-ups to the right project with an owner and a date. What you can do - Record a meeting in the tab you are on. Your own microphone and the call's audio are both captured, and Navalo works out who said what from the names the call page shows. - Follow the meeting in the side panel while it runs, then open the summary when it is done. - See your tasks and what is due without leaving the page you are on. - On Google Docs, open the Navalo panel and paste a passage to cross-reference it with your projects, fact-check it against what your workspace knows, or copy a ready-made progress update. - Link the email you are reading in your web mail to a project, as a file, a summary, or an update that turns the email's tasks and dates into work. - Get a notification when a decision in your workspace is waiting on you. Private by design - Navalo records only when you press Record. - The email reader looks at one message, the one you have open, and only reads its text when you press Link. Nothing else in your mailbox is read. - You sign in with your existing Navalo account. There is no token to paste. - No ads, and we do not sell your data. Your meetings, emails and documents are not used to train general-purpose AI models. - Everything the extension runs is inside the extension. There is no remote code. A Navalo account is required.
