See something you want, click PAUSE, and the item is saved with its price and image. Choose how long to let the urgency cool — ten minutes, an hour, tomorrow, or a week. When the time is up, PAUSE brings it back and you decide with a clear head: buy it, wait longer, or let it go. WHAT MAKES IT DIFFERENT • Nothing is blocked. PAUSE never stops you buying anything. • No judgment. No "you overspent," no streaks to break, no shame. • You keep every decision. Buying after a pause is a real, good outcome. GHOST CHECKOUT (OPTIONAL) Complete the ritual of ordering without spending: PAUSE issues a receipt showing exactly what happened — zero charged, nothing ordered. It is an optional behavioral experiment, not a treatment. HONEST NUMBERS Only items you explicitly said you would have bought count toward "confirmed not spent." Anything you were unsure about stays separate. Totals are grouped by currency and never inflated. PRIVACY BY ARCHITECTURE • No account, email, or phone number. Ever. • Your data stays in your browser's local storage. • PAUSE reads a page only when you click the toolbar button. • It never reads browsing history, passwords, payment methods, or forms. • Tracking parameters are stripped from saved URLs. • One button permanently erases everything stored locally.
