TWO WAYS TO START A BREAK Automatically: WaitFit notices when ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot, or Perplexity is generating a response and offers a break right there, in a small overlay, for exactly as long as the wait lasts. Whenever you choose: click the WaitFit icon and start a break on any page, on your own schedule — no wait required. WHAT A BREAK LOOKS LIKE WaitFit walks you through one movement at a time — seated or standing, matched to where you are. Every movement comes from a catalog of 70 exercises built for desks: no floor work, no changing clothes, and nothing that needs more than a resistance band (and most need nothing at all). PICK A FOCUS, OR LET IT ROTATE Circulation: breaking up sitting keeps blood moving in your legs and helps steady post-meal blood sugar — even small movements count. Posture: undoes what sitting tightens — neck, shoulders, chest, back, and hips, in one coherent sequence. Energy: starts easy and builds to real effort — brief vigorous bouts through the day may add up to better fitness. Strength: fewer movements, done properly — strength comes from repeating them across days, so breaks alternate upper and lower. Mix (the default): a different focus each break — circulation and posture most often, with energy and strength taking their turn. MADE FOR REAL WORKPLACES An office setting keeps movements desk-appropriate, and a discreet mode limits breaks to small, quiet movements that don't look like exercise. Sound is off by default; if you turn it on, a soft tone marks each exercise switch so you don't have to watch the screen mid-movement.
