Check claims against retrieved evidence. Paste text in the popup or deliberately check a page selection. Trust Me Bro helps you examine factual claims against retrieved evidence. Paste a claim into the extension popup, or deliberately check selected text on a supported page. Read the result and its explanation, inspect the sources, and copy an available citation. When a public receipt is available, you can open and share its link. Evidence does not always settle a claim. Results can report mixed, limited or insufficient evidence. Treat a result as a starting point for checking the sources, not a guarantee that a claim is true or false. The current service focuses on individual claims. Essay grading, full-document scanning, deep-research mode and argument critique are not available. Highlight-to-check Bro and Pro users can enable the optional selection button in the popup. After accepting the disclosure and granting Chrome access to HTTP/HTTPS pages, select text and click Check claim. Selecting text alone sends nothing. Turn the setting off to remove optional page access. Right-click and keyboard-shortcut checks remain available on supported pages without enabling the automatic button. Some checks require an account or paid plan. Current allowances and prices are shown at https://trustmebro.to/pricing. Payments and subscriptions are managed on the Trust Me Bro website. Privacy and control Checking a claim sends the submitted text to the Trust Me Bro service. Review the extension's consent screen before checking sensitive text. Submitted claims may appear in public receipts without account attribution as explained in the privacy policy; do not submit information you need to keep confidential.
