There is no passive page capture: the assistant reads a page only when you ask or approve it. ✪ ATTACH FILES Summarize documents, analyze spreadsheets and pull details from images, then use them in your CRM work. Upload a supported file of up to 1 MB to a CRM record. ✪ KEEPS WORKING IN THE BACKGROUND Requests keep running when you close the panel or switch tabs. Record deletes and changes to more than 20 records also ask by default. Deleted records go to Zoho's 60-day recycle bin, and the assistant can restore them.
