Removes YouTube Shorts from the YouTube web app. Let your mind bloom. Mindbloom removes YouTube Shorts so you can focus on the content that matters. Tired of endless short-form videos cluttering your YouTube experience? Mindbloom quietly removes Shorts from every surface — your home feed, sidebar, search results, subscriptions, and recommendations. If you accidentally click a Shorts link, it redirects you to the normal video player instead. What it does: Hides Shorts shelves and carousels from the home page Removes the Shorts tab from the sidebar navigation Filters out Shorts from search results and recommendations Redirects /shorts/ URLs to the standard video player Removes Shorts from channel pages and notifications What it doesn't do: No data collection — zero permissions required No tracking, no analytics, no account access No configuration needed — install and forget
rating_count is the Chrome Web Store ratings count, not a written-review count.
