Sanitize selected or pasted sensitive text locally before sharing. SafePaste helps you clean logs, configuration, code, and messages before sharing them with AI tools or other services. Open the Toolbar Workspace to import the current selection or paste text directly. Review any uncertain values, then replace a fresh editable selection or copy the reviewed result. Confirmed credentials and identifiers are protected by default, and you decide how to handle possible sensitive values. After reviewing the scan, use Protect specific text for a company, customer, or project name. Matching is exact and case-sensitive. Check the complete value and its occurrence count before confirming protection throughout the current document. If your text overlaps a detected sensitive value, the preview can expand to the full value. Undo last protection removes the most recently added manual protection while the document remains unchanged. Copy the result as plain text or a Markdown code block for an issue, document, or AI prompt. The Markdown wrapper handles code fences already present in the text. Copy format leaves the preview unchanged; replacing a selection in the page always uses plain Safe Content. Review the final result before sharing, because detection can miss sensitive information. Everything runs locally. SafePaste does not upload selected or pasted text, Findings, rules, or usage events. It never reads the clipboard automatically. Temporary page access begins only after you click the toolbar icon or context-menu action. Closing the Toolbar Workspace clears its session. There is no permanent page scanner and no access to all websites.
