Free local replies with required placeholders and deliberate plain-text insertion. No shared library or sending. Keep the words you use often close at hand. Team Reply Library helps you save reusable replies, find them quickly, fill in details and review the finished message before using it. FEATURES • Organize replies with folders, subfolders, tags, favorites and an archive. • Add name or date fill-ins, saved defaults and dropdown choices. • Keep usage notes beside a reply without including those notes in copied text. • Compare earlier saved versions and restore one when needed. • Export your library or selected replies as JSON. Review imports before merging or replacing. • Copy a reviewed reply and paste it where you need it. • Insert plain text into supported text boxes through the toolbar popup. • Undo an insertion briefly while the popup stays open and the inserted text remains unchanged. • Protect saved replies with password-based local encryption. PERSONAL AND LOCAL This is a free personal library stored in your Chrome profile. Despite its name, Team Reply Library does not provide shared team accounts, team synchronization or cloud backup. It has no AI generation, analytics or automatic sending. Choose a library password during setup. Unlock again after Chrome restarts or the extension reloads. Your password is not stored or sent to the developer. There is no password-reset service, so keep your password safe and retain a backup. COMPATIBILITY Direct insertion supports standard inputs, textareas and simple plain-text editable fields. Google Docs and other unsupported editors require copy and paste. Direct insertion is not available on every website. PRIVACY AND BACKUPS Saved library records are encrypted locally. During an insertion attempt, the extension temporarily checks the selected field to avoid overwriting changed text. Your library and drafts are not transmitted to the developer. The destination website can see anything you deliberately insert or paste there. Exported JSON backups are unencrypted files: keep them private. Limited local edit history is excluded from backups.
