A plugin for making video player full screen size in YouTube, Vimeo, Dailymotion and some more video sites. Watch videos filling your whole browser window, without the clutter. Click the toolbar button and the video player expands to fill the window. The comments, the sidebar, the recommendations and the header all get out of the way, so nothing is left but the video. Click again, or press Esc, and everything comes straight back. This is not the same as the player's own full screen button. Your browser tabs, bookmarks and address bar all stay visible and usable, so you can still see what you are doing. It is the middle ground between a small embedded player and a full screen takeover. WHAT IT DOES - Click the toolbar button to switch full screen mode on and off - Press Esc to go back to the normal screen - The toolbar icon shows whether full screen mode is currently on - Your preference is remembered, and synced across your browsers - Switches YouTube into theater mode automatically, and puts it back when you switch off - Runs only on real video pages, so browsing, search and home pages are left alone - Starts working on tabs you already have open the moment it is installed, with no page refresh needed SUPPORTED SITES - YouTube - Vimeo - Dailymotion PRIVACY This extension collects nothing. There is no analytics, no tracking and no network request of any kind. The only thing it stores is a single on/off setting for whether full screen mode is enabled, kept in your browser's own synced storage so your choice follows you between your browsers. That setting never reaches the developer. The extension can only run on YouTube, Vimeo and Dailymotion. It requests no access to any other website.
