Click the Ownsteps icon and press Start recording. 2. Do the task as usual. Each click and each field you type in becomes a step, titled for you ("Click Refund", "Type Search customers"). 3. Stop, then tidy up: rename steps, add notes, reorder, delete, retake a screenshot or drag a black box over a name or email. 4. Export.
