Add transactions to BudgetPilot from any webpage. Highlight a price → right-click → save. USE IT FOR Online shopping — log Amazon, Target, Walmart, and other purchases the moment you see the receipt page, before you forget the total. Subscription pages — capture renewal prices and auto-renew warnings before they slip past you. Travel sites — track flight, hotel, and rental car costs as you book them. Restaurant takeout sites — DoorDash, Uber Eats, Grubhub, and more. Anywhere a price exists on the page — works on every site. HOW IT WORKS Sign in once with your existing BudgetPilot email + password (same account as the iOS / Android / Mac apps). On any webpage, highlight a dollar amount or "$19.99 at Costco" — anything text-based. Right-click → "Add to BudgetPilot." Our AI parses the merchant, amount, and best-fit category, and adds the transaction to your current month. A native notification confirms it landed. SAME DATA, EVERYWHERE This extension is the lightweight web companion to BudgetPilot's full mobile and Mac apps. Sign in with the same account and your transactions, accounts, budgets, recurring bills, forecast, estate planning vault, and AI Margin Finder recommendations show up in every client. PRIVACY The only data we send to our server is the text you highlight + the page's hostname (so the AI can guess the merchant when you only selected a price). No browsing history. No autoscraping. No analytics. We never read pages on our own — only when you explicitly right-click "Add to BudgetPilot." Your session token is stored locally in Chrome storage, scoped to this extension. Our backend talks only to budgetpilotserver-production.up.railway.app — no third parties. REQUIREMENTS A free BudgetPilot account.
