This extension is currently in beta testing. Capture browser evidence, record flows and generate structured QA reports. Browser Evidence Companion BETA is a browser extension designed for software testers, developers, product teams, and anyone responsible for website verification or issue reporting. It brings page inspection, user-flow recording, evidence capture, and report generation together in one convenient browser side panel. With one-click verification, users can check the current page for console errors, failed network requests, broken images, and basic accessibility issues. The extension can also generate an acceptance checklist to make website reviews more consistent and efficient. When an issue is discovered, users can capture a DOM snapshot, visible-area or full-page screenshots, and relevant diagnostic information. The flow recorder documents real interactions such as clicks, inputs, and page navigation while collecting runtime errors and network failures. Sensitive input values are masked by default to reduce the risk of including private information in reports. Recorded evidence can be converted into structured bug reports and Playwright test drafts, making it easier to communicate problems to developers and turn manual testing steps into automation-ready material. Reports are stored locally and organized by website origin. Users can review, archive, restore, clean up, or download reports, with support for Chinese, English, and bilingual output. Website access is requested only when needed, while advanced debugging remains disabled unless the user explicitly enables it. Why install Browser Evidence Companion?
