Real-time JD-aware candidate matching on Naukri Resdex and job responses, powered by Josh AI. Josh Junior is the official Chrome extension for Josh AI recruiters who source candidates on Naukri. WHAT IT DOES • Connects to your Josh AI account using a secure install token • Scores candidates on Naukri Resdex search results against your active job description • Scores applicants on Naukri job response pages • Shows match scores in a side panel and optional on-page badges • Supports deep processing: expand profiles, read inline CV previews, and run detailed AI scoring • Lets you shortlist candidates and add them to your Josh AI funnel / outreach workflows • Picks up contact details (email/phone) when you or Naukri have already revealed them on the profile WHO IT'S FOR Authorised recruiters and hiring teams with an active Josh AI subscription. This is not a standalone tool — you need an install token from Josh AI (Settings → Naukri Extension).
