Focus Timer is the Chrome extension that automatically blocks all websites that are not on your whitelist, the moment you start a focus session in the desktop app. Trying to watch YouTube or scroll through Tiktok? The extension intercepts every navigation attempt instantly and shows the Focus Timer block page. What the extension does: Automatic website blocking Once you start a session, all sites except for your whitelist are blocked. No hassle, no manual filters per session. Custom whitelist Add the domains you actually need: Toledo, Google Drive, Overleaf, ChatGPT, everything relevant to your session. Adding a domain? The extension automatically adds your active browser to the whitelist. Pause freely Pause your session in the desktop app? All blocked tabs are automatically restored, and you can use everything. Resuming? They are blocked again immediately. Live countdown in the popup Click the extension icon to see your remaining time, progress bar, streak, and XP—without opening the app. Emergency access Need to visit a blocked site after all? Request 2 minutes of temporary access via the block page—useful for exceptions without breaking your session.
